Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2025 NIADA Convention and Expo. The education portion of this event is designed for dealer education. We’ve worked hard to determine education tracks and content to maximize our dealers’ learning. We remind our presenters that the education hall is a “Sales Free Zone.” You can’t promote, sell, or give the perception that you are endorsing one product or company over another one – yes, that means even your own. This will be strictly enforced in our content reviews, practice sessions and interviews.

NIADA is entitled to record, photograph or video, in full or in part, any portion of our conference, included but not limited to education sessions, social events, the exhibit hall, or general sessions. Those videos, recordings, and/or pictures will be the exclusive property of NIADA for use at our discretion.
We will ask all selected presenters to provide a video, magazine article, or other collateral to help promote your participation in the Convention. We also ask each presenter to mention their attendance on their social media pages, if applicable, and we will provide the appropriate graphics.
We will provide all speakers with a Convention template that all presenters must use. This will include onsite materials distributed during your session as well as slides for your PowerPoint presentation. We will strictly enforce use of our approved materials in their original form. All slides and materials are due to NIADA no later than May 31.
We will start announcing education sessions in early January. Most of our speakers will be selected by the end of that month. However, the process might take us a bit longer. We know you are excited to present, and we’re excited, too. You should hear back from us no later than February 28.
