No alternate event dates or times will be provided. The contest begins when convention registration opens and ends Friday, May 15, 2026. Winner(s) will be selected at random throughout the contest period.
Winner(s) will be notified via email and must confirm eligibility and participation for themselves and their guest no later than May 29, 2026. If a winner is not eligible or unable to attend, the prize may be transferred to another eligible** dealer registered for the 2026 Convention prior to May 15, 2026. After May 29, 2026, the prize is non-transferable.
Both the winner and guest must be 18 years of age or older. Any individual operating an ATV must possess a valid driver’s license. Guest participation is subject to all event rules and requirements.
* Invitation to attend the NIADA Rocky Mountains ATV Adventure has no cash value or cash equivalent. Event participation is subject to weather, safety conditions, and venue requirements.
