We want our members, the industry, consumers and our staff to recognize that every time they see NIADA.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n The NIADA marketing team worked with senior leadership and the NIADA Board of Directors in adopting the tagline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cOur new tagline shares NIADA\u2019s \u2018WHY.\u2019 As Simon Sinek, author of \u2018Start with Why\u2019 says, \u2018People don\u2019t buy or buy into what you do; they buy why you do it.\u2019\u201d said Troy Scheer, NIADA Director of Marketing and Communications. \u201cNIADA is an association of, by and for dealers. So, our \u2018WHY\u2019 is simple. We are Dealer Driven.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n NIADA will be carrying out the Dealer Driven mission with additional education classes and a larger and improved 20 Groups program, incorporating the former Buckeye Dealer Performance Groups. NIADA is now home to the industry\u2019s largest peer education program. NIADA also continues to advocate on behalf of dealers in Washington D.C. and in state legislatures. With its advocacy work, NIADA is pushing laws and reforms to help the industry flourish and push back against overreach by agencies and hampering regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cDealer Driven is who we are.
