Register at <a href=\"https:\/\/niada.com\/bhphdealerforum\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">niada.com\/bhphdealerforum<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWith the way the game is changing and the current economy, we wanted to put our heads together with other specific BHPH dealers to see how they are doing things differently,\u201d said Joanna Smith of Ralph Smith Motors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe want to hear what other dealers are doing. If you stick to what you\u2019ve always done, you\u2019re not going to improve. You have to have an open mind and be flexible. You\u2019ll have a better chance for survival.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She won the drawing for the hotel room upgrade to an<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>executive-level suite at the New Orleans Marriott&nbsp;during the Dealer Forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A second drawing for a suite upgrade will be held for all dealers registered by Oct. 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dealer-centric event features roundtables led by many of the industry\u2019s top BHPH dealers, including Richard Barnard, Tio Chuy\u2019s Auto Sales, Oklahoma City; Steve Jordan, AutoVida, Lancaster, Texas; Russell Moore, Top Notch Used Cars, Conroe, Texas and Ben Libby, Highway Motors, Chico, California.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NIADA will present three extensive workshops on building a business plan, collections and underwriting and constructing a sales pipeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The education breakout sessions led by industry experts and dealer panels will address collections, service, best 20 Group tips, sales, underwriting and protecting your dealership from compliance issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Join Ingram Walters at BHPH Dealer Forum 2024\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/eb2gGfM8ipg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingram Walters will be closing the Dealer Forum, addressing dealers on lessons he&#8217;s learned in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Register now at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/niada.com\/bhphdealerforum\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">niada.com\/bhphdealerforum<\/a>.
