An alumnus of North Carolina State University, he holds a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Business Administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingram&#8217;s entrepreneurial spirit led him to the used car sector. In 1999 he and Ken Shilson started NABD to help educate BHPH Dealers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walters walked dealers through what he focused on in building his BHPH business, collections, spending and what he owed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThose are the three big rocks I always focused on every week,\u201d Walters said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He told dealers about how his grandfather set his gas station apart from nearby competitors by using a whiskbroom to sweep out the floorboards in customers&#8217; vehicles. He encouraged dealers to find their \u201cwhiskbroom.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhat are you doing different to make customers buy from you?
