Registration and information about the program is available at niada.com\/certified-master-dealer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIt doesn\u2019t matter how long they\u2019ve been in the business or how new they are in the business, I\u2019m confident that the CMD program will have information and takeaways that\u2019ll better their business. One hundred percent,\u201d said Donald Sullivan, Jr., owner of Sullivan Auto Trading in Fredericksburg, Virginia, 2024 NIADA National Quality Dealer of the Year and 2016 CMD graduate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThrough the CMD program, you have access to knowledge and insight on things that are specific to the car industry. You get material to take back that can actually help you throughout your journey of being a car dealer. Right now in our industry, there are no other certifications available. Being a CMD really puts you on the map and sets yourself apart from other dealers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The retail CMD curriculum is a 3.5-day in-person class, covering deep dives, best practices from experts and action plans for your dealership in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inventory Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconditioning and Make-ready<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing and Customer Acquisition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finance and Insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer Retention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dealership Accounting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The retail course is March 24-27 at the Atlanta Hartsfield Marriott Hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAfter the course work, you will have the tools available to develop a plan custom-tailored to your store. You\u2019ll also have access through NIADA education to trainers and consultants to help formalize a unique business plan,\u201d said Ed Curry, NIADA Senior 20 Group Moderator and Consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The four-day BHPH course is March 24-27 at the DFW Airport Marriott in Irving, Texas, will cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inventory Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconditioning and Make-ready<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing and Customer Acquisition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Underwriting and Collections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer Retention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dealership Accounting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Related Finance Company (RFC)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cost for each course is $4,795 for NIADA members. For non-members is it $5,395.
