In conjunction with Texas IADA, NIADA will present the BHPH Collections Training at the Sheraton North Houston at George Bush Intercontinental Airport from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Led by NIADA Director of Education Brent Carmichael, Collect the Cash, Not the Car is designed to help dealers and their collection teams maximize your collection opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At this one-day course, dealers will learn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 To maximize the collectability of every customer<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 To overcome customer objections<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Effective skip-tracing methods and tools<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Effective phone collection techniques<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The course includes a wide array of role-playing, classroom learning and interactive activities for your collections team to soak up the information and return to your dealership ready to collect the cash and not the car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Registration is $249 for NIADA members and groups to two or more will receive $50 off each registration. The cost is $499 for non-members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
