{"id":5868,"date":"2025-05-14T12:36:43","date_gmt":"2025-05-14T17:36:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/niada.com\/dashboard\/?p=5868"},"modified":"2025-05-14T12:44:20","modified_gmt":"2025-05-14T17:44:20","slug":"meet-the-nqd-finalists-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/niada.com\/dashboard\/meet-the-nqd-finalists-6\/","title":{"rendered":"Meet the NQD Finalists"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Each year, NIADA presents the National Quality Dealer Award to one dealer who has exemplified a commitment to quality and excellence in the industry, as well as outstanding customer service and community service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NIADA will crown the 2025 National Quality Dealer of the Year on June 24 during the Awards Luncheon at the Convention and Expo at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s a look at this week\u2019s two finalists:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Indiana<\/strong><br><strong>Dan Francis<\/strong><br><strong>Andrews Auto Sales<\/strong><br><strong>Evansville, Indiana<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"2025 NQD Nominee - Dan Francis\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XERQXDJNZgc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When entering the car business, Dan Francis received quality advice from his father-in-law, Dennis Andrews: \u201cWork hard, do what is right, balance work and family life and never lose your faith in Jesus.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two decades later, running the Andrews Auto Sales dealership with his wife, Kim, that is his approach to the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The couple started working in the dealership in August 2002 and completed a succession plan to take over in 2005. Today, they sell more than 350 cars per year in Indiana, with 13 employees working at the dealership, including their son, Ryan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their hard work and approach have earned them high marks with customers and repeat customers. As noted by their service manager, they do what\u2019s right for the customer and their employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Francis is active in the community, serving as a volunteer at Christian Fellowship Church, coaching youth teams, and supporting local law enforcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He\u2019s given back to the industry, serving as a panelist and moderator at different events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Mississippi<\/strong><br><strong>Bentley Nolan<\/strong><br><strong>Nolan Brothers Motor Sales<\/strong><br><strong>Tupelo, Mississippi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"2025 NQD Nominee - Bentley Nolan\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/e6FZZTXpH4Y?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A lifelong resident of Tupelo, Bentley Nolan is deeply committed to his community\u2019s growth and success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 2006 graduate of Tupelo High School, he earned his bachelor\u2019s in Political Science from Ole Miss in 2010. Since 2011, Nolan has played a key role in his family\u2019s business, Nolan Brothers Motor Sales, which has served northeast Mississippi for more than 35 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His dedication to service is evident through his leadership roles in local and statewide organizations. Nolan has been a member of the Tupelo Planning Committee since 2021 and the Tupelo Redevelopment Agency since 2022.
