{"id":6210,"date":"2025-08-27T09:37:39","date_gmt":"2025-08-27T14:37:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/niada.com\/dashboard\/?p=6210"},"modified":"2025-08-27T09:37:40","modified_gmt":"2025-08-27T14:37:40","slug":"tariff-exemption-on-goods-under-800-to-expire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/niada.com\/dashboard\/tariff-exemption-on-goods-under-800-to-expire\/","title":{"rendered":"Tariff exemption on goods under $800 to expire"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goods imported into the U.S. costing less than $800 will no longer be exempt from duties as of Friday, Aug. 29.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/presidential-actions\/2025\/07\/suspending-duty-free-de-minimis-treatment-for-all-countries\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Executive Order signed by President Donald Trump in July<\/a> announced the suspension of the \u201cde minimis\u201d tax exemption.
