The deep-dive workshops are one of the unique features of the NIADA BHPH Dealer Forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The three-hour workshops will give dealers an opportunity to dig into a subject, ask questions and hold engaging conversations about how to run their business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three deep-dive workshops on Sunday, Nov. 9, immediately after the opening session, will be featured during this year\u2019s Dealer Forum Nov. 9-11, at the Loews Nashville. Registration remains open for the Dealer Forum at niada.com\/bhphdealerforum<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luke Godwin of Godwin Motors in Columbia, South Carolina, will lead \u201cBuilding Versatility into your Business Model.\u201d Godwin will dive into capital needs, the amount of inventory to keep on the lot, marketing spending and other items to help dealers adapt their businesses to the changing used vehicle market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doug Turner, Senior Director Vehicle Acquisitions and Remarketing at America\u2019s Car-Mart, will be back to lead the session, \u201cThe Heart of the Matter \u2013 Inventory Management.\u201d Turner will guide dealers through the acquisition of vehicles to get them to the front line.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

NIADA 20 Group Moderator John Dismukes will present \u201cAll the Moving Parts to Moving More Metal.\u201d Dismukes will give dealers actionable strategies for branding, marketing, lead generation, pricing and closing sales. The session will also cover the use of AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deep-dive workshops are only part of the education at the Dealer Forum. The popular dealer roundtables led by some of the top dealers in the nation return, along with nine breakout sessions led by NIADA moderators, dealers and industry experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
