From in-person classes, webinars, 20 Groups to the NIADA Convention and Expo, NIADA is offering multiple opportunities for dealers to increase their knowledge and enhance their businesses this spring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The spring schedule includes two bootcamps, five webinars, multiple 20 Group meetings, all leading up to the NIADA Convention and Expo June 21-24, with more than 50 hours of education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNIADA is delivering quality education to dealers to help them become even more successful operators,\u201d said NIADA Director of Education Brent Carmichael. \u201cThe upcoming bootcamps offer opportunities to grow collections and develop leaders in your business. The webinars will deliver updates on compliance and ways to capitalize on opportunities in today\u2019s market. We continue to add more dealer-led education to our extensive lineup at the NIADA Convention and Expo. The one-and-a-half-day course, held in conjunction with the Illinois IADA, will cover maximizing the collectability of every customer; overcoming customer objections; effective skip tracing methods and tools and effective phone collection techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The number of used EVs hitting the market being sold continues to increase. When buying used EVs, customers need to have confidence about the condition of the battery. Dealers need to be able to provide data and in turn, win over the customer\u2019s trust. AVILOO\u2019s Jonathan Whitten and NIADA Director of Education Brent Carmichael will present information on options for independent dealers to test batteries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ECOA is the foundation for fair lending in the United States. The ECOA sands continue to shift at the federal level, but state enforcers may see things differently. This webinar will discuss the basic compliance obligations under ECOA, along with some developments from 2025 that every dealer should keep at the front of their mind in 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dealers teaching other dealers is a hallmark of the education at the NIADA Convention and Expo. This year, even more dealers will be presenting on meeting capital needs, finances, management, sourcing inventory and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dealers will lead breakout sessions and dealer rounds during the more than 50 hours of education. Early-bird registration is now open at niada.com\/convention<\/a>. The current dealer member rate is $545 per person, a $300 savings from the on-site registration fee of $845.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hotel registration will also open with a special discount rate of $249 per night\/plus resort fee and taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The discounted hotel rate ends May 20 or when the room block is sold out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
