A year later, Jack Carter, the owner of Turn and Burn Motors in Conyers, Georgia, still can\u2019t believe he earned the National Quality Dealer of the Year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He started his dealership in 2013 and runs the business with his wife, Kate, and brother, Ben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt\u2019s the most humbling thing to ever happen to me. There were so many other deserving finalists, who have been doing this a long time and are doing things the right way,\u201d Carter said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Carter will be back on stage at the 2026 NIADA Convention and Expo when the next NQD is named on June 22 during the Dealer Awards Luncheon at the Gaylord Rockies in Denver. Register now at niada.com\/convention to see the latest NQD be named. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt\u2019ll bring back so many emotions. I\u2019d never won anything in my life before being called out,\u201d Carter said. \u201cIt was amazing. I think about it all the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI\u2019ll be elated for whoever wins, and adding that dealer to a special list. It\u2019ll be a real special moment.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This year, 11 dealers will vie for the chance to join an elite set of dealers who exemplify a commitment to quality and excellence in the industry, as well as outstanding customer service and community service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
