Earlier this month, NIADA Director of Government Relations and Compliance Patrick O\u2019Brien joined independent dealers of Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware at the MidAtlantic IADA Annual Convention & Tailgate. The event was held Oct. 4\u20135 at Caesars Atlantic City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the Opening General Session, O\u2019Brien teamed up with Corinne Kirkendall of PassTime and Steve Levine of Ignite Consulting Partners for \u201cRegulatory Roulette: Don\u2019t Bet the Business.\u201d The panel walked dealers through the legislative, regulatory, and compliance issues affecting their businesses, including national policy developments, dealership compliance considerations, and practical issues to watch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The convention\u2019s football tailgate theme captured the fun and camaraderie our state affiliates have built. Like any winning team, our industry is strongest when every player comes together, and that teamwork starts at the state level. We\u2019re looking forward to the next state convention!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
