We are thrilled that you’re interested in presenting at the 2026 NIADA Convention & Expo! Our education sessions are all about helping dealers learn and grow, so we focus on delivering content that’s purely educational. To make sure everyone gets the most out of these sessions, the education hall is a “Sales-Free Zone.” That means presenters should avoid promoting products, selling services, or giving the impression of endorsing any company. We’ll review all content to keep things educational, and we may edit materials or withhold handouts if needed.

If you’d like an opportunity to showcase your products or serviced in any way that allows for selling, we’d love for you to check out our sponsorship opportunities – they’re a great way to connect with attendees.

NIADA is entitled to record, photograph or video, in full or in part, any portion of our conference, included but not limited to education sessions, social events, the exhibit hall, or general sessions. These videos, recordings, and/or pictures are the exclusive property of NIADA for use at our discretion.

All selected presenters will be asked to provide a video, magazine article, or other collateral to help promote their participation at the Convention. We also ask each presenter to mention their attendance on their social media pages, if applicable. NIADA will provide the appropriate graphics.

We also provide all selected speakers with a Convention template that must be used for the PowerPoint presentation. NIADA strictly enforces the use of our approved materials in their original form. All slides and materials are due to NIADA no later than June 10, 2026.
