After registration is complete, you will automatically receive an email with an invoice marked 'PAID.'
The Friday following your booth reservation you will receive a second email with instructions to register your attendees.

10’x10’ booths include: 7"x44" Booth identification sign, 6' Skirted table, (2) chairs, (1) wastebasket, hotel carpeted floor, 24-hour hall security, post-show list of all registered attendees (not including emails), use of NIADA's event logo in convention-related marketing materials, continuous promotion of the convention through NIADA's UCD Magazine, Dashboard, and NIADA social media accounts. The exhibit hall is not carpeted and exhibitors will be required to provide flooring for their exhibit space.
There is a 25% cancelation fee for booths canceled on or prior to May 5, 2026.
There is no refund for booths canceled after May 5, 2026.
