Exhibit Hall Move-In:
Exhibitors will be assigned to Aurora Hall 1 or Aurora Hall 2, based on your booth selection.

Saturday 6/20 – Approved Booths Only (Aurora Hall 1) 
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  

Sunday 6/21 – 20′ x 20′ booths and larger
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Aurora Hall 1 only)
5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Aurora Hall 2 only)

Monday 6/22 – All Booths Move-In (Aurora Halls 1 & 2)
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM  (all booth sizes)
All booths must be show ready by 2:00 PM

Exhibit Hall Move-Out:

Tuesday 6/23 – Exhibitor Move-Out
7:30 PM – 11:59 PM (Aurora Hall 1-2)

Aurora Hall 1 must be clean and clear by 11:59 PM. If additional time is needed, please pre-schedule with Freeman to move items to Hall 2.

Wednesday 6/24 – Exhibitor Move-Out
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Aurora Hall 2)

After registration is complete, you will automatically receive an email with an invoice marked 'PAID.' 

The Friday following your booth reservation you will receive a second email with instructions to register your attendees.

10’x10’ booths include: 7"x44" Booth identification sign, 6' Skirted table, (2) chairs, (1) wastebasket, hotel carpeted floor, 24-hour hall security, post-show list of all registered attendees (not including emails), use of NIADA's event logo in convention-related marketing materials, continuous promotion of the convention through NIADA's UCD Magazine, Dashboard, and NIADA social media accounts. The exhibit hall is not carpeted and exhibitors will be required to provide flooring for their exhibit space.

There is a 25% cancelation fee for booths canceled on or prior to May 5, 2026.

There is no refund for booths canceled after May 5, 2026.
