How do I register to attend the NIADA Convention?
Registration is open NOW! Go to niada.com/convention and select your registration type. Early Bird registration ends May 20, 2024.

How do I receive the member discount for Convention registration?

If you are a current dealer member with your state association, you are eligible for the member discount.

How do I receive the group discount for Convention registration?

Group discounts are automatically applied for dealers who are registering two or more dealer registrations in the same transaction. Group discounts are not available for Day Passes, Guests/Spouses, Industry Affiliates or Exhibitors.

What’s the difference in registration types?

Dealer – For dealers only.

Dealer Member

Dealer Non-Member

Day Pass – For dealers only. The dealer day pass provides access to Convention events for a single day. Day must be confirmed in registration. Onsite downgrades or refunds will not be issued based on the time spent at Convention & Expo. No Member or group discounts are available for this registration type.

Guest/Spouse - Spouse/Guest registration includes access for guests of registered Dealers to attend the welcome reception, expo hall receptions and the National Quality Dealer of the Year awards.

Industry Affiliate – Open to our allies within the industry who are not Dealers. Industry Affiliate registration includes access to the welcome reception, general sessions, breakout education sessions, and the National Quality Dealer of the Year awards. Industry Affiliate Registration does NOT include the state appreciation luncheon or the expo hall. Industry Affiliates are encouraged to purchase a booth to participate in the Expo Hall. Group or member discounts are not available to non-dealers.

Can my spouse attend the NIADA Convention?

Sure! We have a Spouse/Guest pass available for purchase for $395 per person.

Can I purchase a Dealer pass to attend the entire show and a few Day Passes for my employees?

Absolutely! Once you enter the registration portal, just select the quantity of each registration type you’d like to purchase.

What is NIADA’s cancellation policy for attendee registrations?

To cancel your NIADA Convention attendee registration, please email registration@niada.com by May 20, 2024, to receive a full refund. After this date no refunds will be given. Attendees are responsible for canceling hotel reservations.

Is there a special NIADA rate at the Wynn?

Yes, the NIADA rate starts at $174/night for a Wynn Resort guest room as long as you book before May 20, 2024 or the room block is sold out.

How do I book a room at the hotel?

To book online, visit www.niada.com/convention and click on the tab “Book Hotel.” The hotel only allows one reservation at a time.

To book over the phone, call 1-866-770-7555 and reference the NIADA Convention.

Only book rooms through the provided website link or by calling Wynn Las Vegas at 1-866-770-7555. Don’t fall for scams. We do not partner with any third-party registration services and cannot provide assistance for reservations confirmed through travel agencies or third parties. NIADA will notify attendees via our convention website when the room block is sold out.

How do I modify my hotel reservation?

Locate the email confirming your hotel reservation, copy your acknowledgement or hotel confirmation number.

Visit niada.com/convention and click on the tab “Book Hotel.” Click on the text in red “Manage Existing Reservation”

Paste your acknowledgement/hotel confirmation number and click “Next”

Enter the email address used to confirm your reservation, check the “I’m not a robot” box, and click “Manage reservation”
