The largest event for the used vehicle industry, the NIADA Convention and Expo is here. The Convention starts Monday, June 23, at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

Online registration ends Friday, June 20 at niada.com/convention. On-site registration will open 8 a.m. Monday, June 23.

Here are 5 reasons you’ll be glad you joined us at this year’s NIADA Convention and Expo:

  1. Network with hundreds of fellow dealers
Exchange ideas with hundreds of your peers from around the country during the NIADA Convention and Expo. The multiple receptions and time in the expansive expo hall are great opportunities to ask questions of other dealers and industry partners to find nuggets to help you grow your business.
  2. More than 50 hours of education
The more than 50 hours of education include multiple impactful and insightful sessions in five different tracks – BHPH, retail, compliance, management and marketing. Sessions are led by dealers and industry experts and will send you back home with actionable tasks to build on your success.
  3. Dealer Rounds
Debuting at the NIADA Convention, the Dealer Rounds provide dealers with a unique opportunity to share ideas with other dealers on a variety of topics during moderated sessions. There will be multiple rotations and the topics include: being open on the weekends; use of technology in my dealership (Bentley Nolan, Tupeolo, Mississippi); EV challenges and opportunities (Tom Rains, San Rafael, California); capital sources and availability (Mark Weida, Colorado Springs, Colorado); deal structure (Kevin Pendergrass, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina); payment plans that work (Clint Jones, Columbus, Nebraska); managing multiple locations (Juan Sabillon, Houston, Texas); when and if to add another location (Nick Markosian, Salt Lake City, Utah); identifying fraud in underwriting (Ben Goodman, Carmel, Indiana); managing your shop flow (Gordon Tormohlen, Freeport, Illinois); controlling reconditioning costs (Chris Maher, Winchester, Virginia); alternate related income streams (Michael Darrow, Durham, North Carolina); referral programs that work (Otto Hahne, Troy Michigan); maximize customer base for repeat business (Jeff Stevens, Pampa, Texas); and lead-generation ideas (Mark Anderson, Newton, Illiniois).
  4. Address from Super Bowl Champion
Super Bowl champion quarterback and Emmy-award-winning broadcaster Joe Theisman will share lessons of perseverance and adapting to change during the keynote address. Theismann. After guiding Washington to back-to-back Super Bowl appearances, Theismann’s career ended with a devastating injury. He quickly transitioned to the announcer’s booth where he became an Emmy winner for his analysis on ESPN’s Sunday Night Football.
  5. Celebrate the industry
Be there for the crowning of the 2025 National Quality Dealer of the Year during the awards luncheon Tuesday, June 24. Along with the NQD, members will be recognized for their contributions to the association and industry.
