Class to help dealer Collect the Cash, Not the Car!

This has been a challenging year in the buy here, pay here industry. Dealers need to capitalize on every collection opportunity.

NIADA in conjunction with Texas IADA will present the BHPH Collections Training Collect the Cash, Not the Car 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 5 at the Sheraton North Houston at George Bush Intercontinental.

Collect the Cash, Not the Car is designed to help dealers and their collection teams maximize your collection opportunities.

At this one-day course, dealers will learn:

•  To maximize the collectability of every customer

•  To overcome customer objections

•  Effective skip-tracing methods and tools

•  Effective phone collection techniques

The course includes a wide array of role-playing, classroom learning and interactive activities for your collections team to soak up the information and return to your dealership ready to collect the cash and not the car.

Registration is $249 for NIADA members and groups to two or more will receive $50 off each registration. The cost is $499 for non-members.

For information or to register, visit niada.com/collectionscourse or call NIADA, 817-640-3838.
