Hurry to register for this week’s BHPH New Dealer Academy

There’s still time to join us for the NIADA Buy-Here, Pay-Here New Dealer Academy in Irving, Texas, this week.

The BHPH New Dealer Academy is led by NIADA Senior 20 Group Moderators Ben Goodman and Bill Elizondo is Wednesday and Thursday, Sept. 27-28.

It’s a great way to jumpstart your BHPH business or get a good refresher of best practices during a comprehensive two-day course.

“While you can’t learn everything about the BHPH Model in two days, this training will definitely get you off to a great start,” Goodman said. “You’ll leave with time tested Operational Policies and Procedures, Job Descriptions, Pay Plans for key positions, and a better understanding of how to acquire inventory, drive in the right leads, sell your program, effectively underwrite, and successfully collect your portfolio.”

Goodman and Elizondo will use their combined more than 50 years of experience in the subprime and buy-here, pay-here markets to teach you effective strategies in marketing, sales, structuring deals, underwriting, collections and asset management.

“Whether your brand new to the BHPH Model, a Retail Dealer wanting to start carrying your own notes, or you’re a general manager or industry partner wanting a better understanding of the overall BHPH business, this is the training for you,” Goodman said.

The class is $449 for NIADA and 20 Group members and $795 for non-members. Register at niada.com/newBHPH.

During the class you will receive:

  • a training workbook
  • a template for designing an internal policies and procedures manual
  • operational forms for critical activities
  • a cashflow and profitability analysis

Register now to join us and get your BHPH on track.
