Each year, NIADA presents the National Quality Dealer Award to one dealer who has exemplified a commitment to quality and excellence in the industry, as well as outstanding customer service and community service.
NIADA will crown the 2025 National Quality Dealer of the Year on June 24 during the Awards Luncheon at the Convention and Expo at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas.
Here’s a look at this week’s two finalists:
Indiana
Dan Francis
Andrews Auto Sales
Evansville, Indiana
When entering the car business, Dan Francis received quality advice from his father-in-law, Dennis Andrews: “Work hard, do what is right, balance work and family life and never lose your faith in Jesus.”
Two decades later, running the Andrews Auto Sales dealership with his wife, Kim, that is his approach to the business.
The couple started working in the dealership in August 2002 and completed a succession plan to take over in 2005. Today, they sell more than 350 cars per year in Indiana, with 13 employees working at the dealership, including their son, Ryan.
Their hard work and approach have earned them high marks with customers and repeat customers. As noted by their service manager, they do what’s right for the customer and their employees.
Francis is active in the community, serving as a volunteer at Christian Fellowship Church, coaching youth teams, and supporting local law enforcement.
He’s given back to the industry, serving as a panelist and moderator at different events.
