The nation’s premier event for Buy Here Pay Here dealers kicks off this Sunday, Nov. 9, at the Loews Vanderbilt in Nashville, Tennessee, bringing together the best minds and operators in the business for three days of connection, collaboration and learning.
Among the highlights of the NIADA BHPH Dealer Forum are the Dealer Roundtables — interactive, dealer-led sessions where attendees can share ideas, swap strategies and solve challenges with peers who understand their business.
National Quality Dealer of the Year Jack Carter of Turn and Burn Motors in Conyers, Georgia, returns to lead one of the roundtables.
“Last year was one of the greatest experiences,” Carter said. “You gain so much talking to other dealers about what they do. There’s a lot of smart people in the room, and I absolutely take away something every time I go to one of these events.”

Carter joins an all-star lineup of moderators, including Greg Zak of Dixon Motors (Houston, Texas), Lisa Marshall of North Main Motors (Marysville, Ohio), Nathan Smith of Parker Auto Sales (Knoxville, Tennessee), Cesar Stark of S&S Motors (El Paso, Texas), Ben Libby of Highway Motors (Chico, California), Allen White of Automax (Henderson, North Carolina), and Elisabeth Taylor of iGo Group (Columbia, Kentucky).
The roundtables will dive into the most pressing topics in today’s BHPH marketplace – sales, inventory, reconditioning, capital, compliance, underwriting, customer retention, and employee management. Each group features approximately 20 dealers, matched by size and operations, ensuring lively and relevant discussions.
Carter encourages dealers, especially first-time attendees, to speak up and network throughout the Dealer Forum.
“Don’t sit back. Share information, talk to strangers, shake hands and introduce yourself,” he said. “Talking to other dealers is a big deal. There’s a lot to learn.”
Beyond the roundtables, attendees can explore three deep-dive workshops and nine educational breakout sessions, covering everything from business modeling, capital strategy to inventory management.

The deep-dive workshops are:
- Building Versatility Into Your Business Model for 2026, led by Luke Godwin of Godwin Motors.
- The Heart of the Matter – Inventory Management, led by Doug Turner of America’s Car-Mart.
- All the Moving Parts to Moving More Metal, led by NIADA 20 Group Moderator John Dismukes.
And on Sunday evening, dealers are invited to unwind and network during a reception at PBR Nashville Live, hosted by the Dealer Forum’s Diamond and Gold sponsors.
There’s still time to register for the BHPH Dealer Forum at niada.com/bhphdealerforum –your chance to connect with the nation’s top independent dealers.
