NIADA’s 20 Group Sales Manager & Moderator, John Dismukes, has spent the past several weeks doing what he does best: getting in front of dealers. From 20 Group meetings to one-on-one consulting visits, his work keeps him moving from state to state and even across national borders, connecting independent dealers with the education and ideas that help their businesses grow.
That travel recently took him to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, where he spent time with Dustin Kalthoff, a Certified Master Dealer and active 20 Group member, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges of running an independent dealership across a vast, harsh-climate market. Closer to home, he joined the celebration at Matthews Motors in Wilmington, North Carolina, marking the dealership’s ninth anniversary and its continued legacy of family, faith, and community service under the leadership of CIADA President Dale Matthews.
Whether he’s leading a 20 Group discussion, consulting with an owner on succession planning, or celebrating a dealership milestone, John’s travels reflect NIADA’s ongoing commitment: meeting dealers where they are and helping them succeed, no matter the market.
