Panel answering questions on service department added to NIADA Convention

Have questions about opening a service department?

At the NIADA Convention and Expo at the Wynn in Las Vegas June 17-20, a veteran panel of industry experts will answer your questions about setting up a successful service department during the education breakout session, “Service – Is the Juice Worth the Squeeze.”

The session is part of more than 50 hours of education led by experts in retail, buy-here pay-here, management, marketing and compliance. Members of every area of the dealership will be able to find valuable training. Each of the five tracks offers multiple sessions led by dealers and industry experts, including several panel discussions.

Leading the service session are Larry Hourcle of NADA; Vince Piazzola of AutoMaxx; and Shaw Bernard, a shop manager in Las Vegas. Britt Ford of CARFAX will moderate the panel.

They will discuss the initial costs of setting up a shop and where to find reliable techs. The industry experts will help you increase profits and customer loyalty by adding a service department.

Register and see the full list of education sessions at niada.com/convention.
