Sales workshop class postponed

The NIADA Sales Management Fundamentals workshop in Phoenix, Arizona May 2 has been postponed.

Details on a rescheduled time will be posted when available.

During the class, NIADA Senior 20 Group Moderator, Trainer and Consultant Ben Goodman will provide proven industry techniques, processes and best practices to drive results during the full-day workshop.

“This is going to be a great class and I’m confident your sales managers will leave with many tips to improve their processes,” Goodman said.

“If you want to build a better sales team, increase your sales volume and improve your returns, this is the class for you.”

Goodman has spent more than 30 years training and leading sales teams in the subprime and BHPH markets, including 11 years with the nation’s largest BHPH franchise, to teach you ways to connect with consumers.

Goodman will cover building a winning team, including recruiting, interviewing and retaining key personnel, coaching your team and building bench strength in your dealership. He will teach how to generate quality leads from understanding the customer, developing a referral network and using social media to drive traffic. Sales managers will learn how to manage leads with activities that drive customer contact and how to build a rapport with effective communication. Goodman will also show how to manage the sales process, including selling in today’s market, overcoming objections and managing your reputation.
