Registration is now open for the Dealer Forum at niada.com/bhphdealerforum. Early-bird registration runs through Oct. 10, with a chance to save $200 ($495 per person for NIADA dealer members, $695 dealer non-members). Group discounts are available for dealer groups with two or more registrants.
Discounted rooms are $269 per night and are available through Oct. 16 or until the room block sells out.
Highlighted breakout sessions slated for Nov. 10 are:
Collections Strategies that Work
Presented by: Dustin Kerr, Car Solutions 4 U
The constant battle to improve collections can be overwhelming and strategies need to evolve with the times. Kerr will share actual practices and processes he’s implemented in his dealerships to position his stores and their customers for success.
Everybody Wants to Reduce Charge-offs. But How?
Presented by: Govinda Romero, Motory Group
To win in the BHPH game, you have to keep the customer in the car and that means reducing charge-offs. Romero will lead the discussion and share his experience. Dealers will leave with specific action items to take home and implement immediately.
Sell More, Profit More
Presented by: John Gambino, EZ Auto Loan
Makes sense, right? But like a lot of things, the devil is in the details – and in the efficiency of execution. This session will dig into phone/internet lead handling, lot up systems and sold/unsold follow-ups. We know every aspect of the sales process could be improved, right? So let’s improve them!
