The exciting lineup of breakout education sessions and panels led by some of the nation’s top dealers and industry experts at the 2025 NIADA Convention and Expo June 23-26 at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas continues to grow.
Registration for dealers is now open at niada.com/convention. The early-bird deadline is May 23 for NIADA members to secure registration for $545 per person ($845 per non-member). A discount is available for multiple registrations from the same dealer group.

90 Days to a New Dealership
Presenter: John Dismukes, NIADA 20 Groups Sales Manager and Moderator
Come learn the four basic steps to transform your dealership – assess, change, implement and evaluate. Successful dealers implement processes, gain buy-in from stakeholders, and change cultures to ensure the implementation is permanent. This workshop will teach you what to do in 90 days to build a culture of excellence.

The first 10 winners will be drawn from among dealers with a fully paid registration for the NIADA Convention by Thursday, Jan. 30.
Those 10 winners will be among the 50 lucky dealers to turn laps in supercars at the SpeedVegas track on Monday, June 23, the first day of the NIADA Convention and Expo.
Winners must be 18 or older and have a valid driver’s license to drive.
NIADA will provide transportation from the Fontainebleau Las Vegas to SpeedVegas and back to the hotel after the event.
Those dealers who do not win the initial drawing will remain in the pool for the additional four drawings before the end of early-bird registration May 23.
