Underwriting, service, AI sessions highlight education at BHPH Dealer Forum

Buy-here, pay-here dealers will learn ways to enhance their underwriting, collections, sales and service departments from other dealers and industry experts during the NIADA BHPH Dealer Forum breakout sessions.

NIADA will offer nine education breakout sessions in addition to the three deep-dive workshops and the popular dealer roundtables Nov. 9-11 at the Loews Vanderbilt in Nashville, Tennessee.

“I went to the BHPH Dealer Forum in New Orleans last year, and it was probably one of the most beneficial things I’ve done for the buy-here, pay-here business,” said Cole Hitchcox, owner of 865 Autos in Clinton, Tennessee.

“It was amazing the quality of feedback you can get, whether it be reconditioning, cash flow or technology.”

Registration is now open for the Dealer Forum at niada.com/bhphdealerforum. Early-bird registration runs through Oct. 10, with a chance to save $200 ($495 per person for NIADA dealer members, $695 dealer non-members). Group discounts are available for dealer groups with two or more registrants.

Discounted rooms are $269 per night are available through Oct. 16 or until the room block sells out.
