Limited seats remain open for the Collect the Cash, Not the Car training Monday, May 5, in Houston, Texas.

In conjunction with Texas IADA, NIADA will present the BHPH Collections Training at the Sheraton North Houston at George Bush Intercontinental Airport from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.   

Led by NIADA Director of Education Brent Carmichael, Collect the Cash, Not the Car is designed to help dealers and their collection teams maximize your collection opportunities.

At this one-day course, dealers will learn:

•  To maximize the collectability of every customer

•  To overcome customer objections

•  Effective skip-tracing methods and tools

•  Effective phone collection techniques

The course includes a wide array of role-playing, classroom learning and interactive activities for your collections team to soak up the information and return to your dealership ready to collect the cash and not the car.

Registration is $249 for NIADA members and groups to two or more will receive $50 off each registration. The cost is $499 for non-members.
