NIADA is proud to announce Brad White is joining the association as a 20 Group Moderator and Consultant for BHPH dealers.
White brings more than two decades of extensive industry experience to his new role and will help dealers navigate the challenges of the BHPH market. He will start on Oct. 7 and will be teaching sessions at the BHPH Dealer Forum in New Orleans Nov. 10-12.
“We are thrilled to add White to our team to assist BHPH dealers grow their business and prosper,” said NIADA CEO Jeff Martin. “He brings a wealth of knowledge in multiple areas of operations.”
Before joining NIADA, White served as the Franchise Consultant with JD Byrider, one of the nation’s leading used car and finance companies, with more than 150 locations. He guided franchise operations, enhanced dealer profitability, and ensured compliance with corporate standards.
He also held the position of Director of Sales in Advertising & Marketing for BHPH dealers, developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to boost dealership visibility and customer engagement. In addition to his consultancy and marketing roles, White has hands-on dealership management experience, progressing from general manager to CEO, overseeing large-volume, multi-location dealerships.
As a 20 Group Moderator, White is committed to fostering collaboration among dealers, facilitating the exchange of best practices, and helping NIADA members navigate the unique challenges of the BHPH market.

White resides in Indianapolis with his wife, Becky, children, Ally, Logan and Gavin, along with and their beloved German Shepard, Ripken. In his free time, he enjoys working on his golf game and rooting for his Hoosiers.
