A glimpse into the future will kickstart the NIADA BHPH Dealer Forum.

A fast-paced, three-part session highlighting what’s next for the BHPH industry with social media, vehicle acquisition and artificial intelligence will begin the dealer-focused event at the Loews Vanderbilt in Nashville. Registration remains open for the BHPH Dealer Forum, Nov. 9-11 at niada.com/BHPHdealerforum. The cost is $695 for dealer members and $895 for non-member dealers. That is $200 off the on-site rate. Group discounts are available.

Rooms at the Loews Vanderbilt are $269 per night, if booked before the deadline Thursday, Oct. 16.

Shawn Payne of Goatforreal Media and Terry MacCauley of Big Time Advertising will start the opening session, presenting social media strategies to get customers onto the lot.

Darrell Steed of SmartWolf Consulting will explain how dealers can integrate private acquisition of vehicles into their operations.

To wrap up the session, Phillip O’Sullivan of ID Privacy will show dealers how AI is transforming dealership operations.

The dynamic opening session will lead into the three deep-dive workshops on inventory management; marketing, lead-generation and sales; and building versatility into your business model.

The NIADA BHPH Dealer Forum will also feature education breakout sessions led by some of the nation’s top dealers and industry experts and the popular dealer-led roundtables. The Roundtables Best Ideas session will be part of the closing session, where the top tip will earn the presenter a free registration and hotel stay at the Gaylord Rockies for the 2026 NIADA Convention and Expo sponsored by AutoZone.
