NIADA recently hosted an in-person educational bootcamp in Salt Lake City, bringing together retail and BHPH operators for a hands-on day of training led by John Dismukes, NIADA 20 Group Sales Manager & Moderator. Designed to deliver practical, high-impact strategies for increasing sales performance and front-end and back-end profitability, the “Sales & Profit Mastery” bootcamp gave attendees the chance to explore today’s evolving buyer behavior, refine their sales processes, and learn proven techniques to convert more leads into customers.

Through hands-on activities, attendees worked on improving their closing skills, strengthening digital and in-store engagement, making smarter inventory decisions, and increasing overall sales performance and profitability. Jay Boehm of Cars.com kicked off the training with a session on digital marketing techniques, giving attendees practical takeaways for reaching more car buyers online. Maria Rapson of iPacket followed with a discussion on customer engagement, and Brad Clark of Podium walked the class through best practices for managing online reputation.

The day also included two breakout sessions, where small groups dug into online reviews and dealer website performance before reporting back to the full class with their findings. For dealers looking to boost sales results quickly and sustainably, bootcamps like this one offer a direct path to stronger performance.

Disappointed you missed it? Our final Bootcamp of the year still has openings! Join us in Orlando, FL October 13-14 for the “Inventory Management: Maximizing Profitability” training.
