NIADA moderators to present at BHPH United Summit

The second annual BHPH United Summit will start Sunday and run through Tuesday at the beautiful Bellagio is Las Vegas.

NIADA 20 Group Senior Moderators David Brotherton and Ben Goodman will be among the presenters at this year’s event.

Goodman will take part in a panel Monday on recondition and whether to perform the work in-house or to sub it out.

Brotherton will be on a panel Monday discussing how to handle collections. Brotherton on Tuesday will lead a session on customer repair engagement and how dealers can be more proactive in staying in front of customer repair issues.

“BHPH United is honored to welcome NIADA’s management team to the Summit, including new CEO Jeff Martin and Vice President [of Dealer Development] Jeremy Beck,” said Rob Fox, CEO of Buckeye Dealership Consulting. “We are thrilled NIADA is sharing David and Ben’s expertise with the Summit attendees.”

Beck added: “The BHPH United Summit is an opportunity for NIADA to interact with and engage BHPH dealers from across the country. Being asked to participate as presenters in some of the sessions also furthers NIADA’s desire to educate dealers. We look forward to participating and being better together.”

The Summit’s agenda is full of high quality education for BHPH dealers of all shapes and sizes. Sessions are designed to provide attendees with a deep dive into all aspects of running a BHPH dealership and related finance company, including sales, underwriting/collections, inventory/service/recon and human and financial resources.

For the first time, the Summit will include classes presented in Spanish for Spanish speaking dealers.
