Dealers can start marking their calendars: NIADA’s 2027 Annual Convention & Expo is officially set for June 20-23, 2027, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Last week, NIADA staff traveled to Music City for an on-site walkthrough of the venue, getting an early look at the meeting spaces, expo floor, and hotel accommodations that will host next year’s gathering of independent dealers from across the country.
The visit gave staff a firsthand feel for the property’s scale, from its expansive convention space to its signature indoor gardens and atrium walkways, all of which will factor into planning for general sessions, education tracks, and the trade show floor. Early logistics work like this is necessary ensure a smooth experience for dealers, vendors, and staff as planning begins.
As part of their research, staff also caught a show at the legendary Grand Ole Opry, where they were treated to a surprise performance from country music star Carrie Underwood — a memorable capstone to the site visit.
