NIADA will offer a pair of bootcamps in April to help dealers boost collections and build their leadership teams.

NIADA Director of Education Brent Carmichael will lead the Collect the Cash, Not the Car collections training April 15-16 at the Embassy Suites Chicago O’Hare.

The one-and-a-half-day course, held in conjunction with the Illinois IADA, will cover maximizing the collectability of every customer; overcoming customer objections; effective skip tracing methods and tools and effective phone collection techniques.

Dealership owners, general managers, sales managers, service managers and emerging dealership leaders are encouraged to attend the Leadership and Management Accelerator Bootcamp April 13-14 at the Albany Marriott in Albany, New York.

NIADA 20 Group Moderator John Dismukes will present a two-day course, focusing on leadership accountability, culture development, talent retention, performance management and structured change implementation. NIADA is partnering with the New York IADA to present the class.

Registration is open for both courses at niada.com/bootcamps. Registration is $299 per person for NIADA members. A $50 discount is available for groups of two or more from the same dealership. Registration is $499 for nonmembers.
