Roundtables kick off at Dealer Forum

Dealers will put their heads together to find solutions for their dealerships today during the BHPH Dealer Forum.

As the centerpiece of the event, the peer education in dealer roundtables will be led by some of the top, veteran dealers in the nation. The moderators for the roundtable include Dan Francis of Andrews Auto Sales in Evansville, Ind., Ben Libby of Highway Motors in Chico, Calif., Mark Jones of MCMC Auto in Fort Worth, Texas, Luke Godwin in Godwin Motors in Columbia, S.C., Chad Randash of Randash Auto Center in Billings, Mont., and Eddie Hale of Neighborhood Auto in Decatur, Texas.

The roundtables start at 9 a.m. and run through noon.

NIADA provided dealers with benchmarks to study and discuss during the roundtables, including the average cost of vehicles, reconditioning and marketing.

NIADA 20 Group moderators will lead breakout sessions guiding attendees through best practices in the service department, collection and sales calls and underwriting in the afternoon.
