Snyder wins March Movie Mayhem challenge

In filling out his bracket for the NIADA Movie Mayhem challenge, it was more than a coincidence that Steve Snyder pegged Ford v. Ferrari in the final.

Snyder’s family operated a Ford franchise for 75 years.

“My grandfather started the Ford dealership here in 1912. We have the original franchise document from Ford hanging on the wall,” Snyder said.

The fourth-generation car dealer at Bob Snyder Auto Exchange in Orrville, Ohio won this year’s bracket challenge and a free registration for the NIADA Convention and Expo at the Wynn in Las Vegas June 17-20.

Ford v. Ferrari won out in the consensus of car dealers entering brackets into the contest featuring car movies from the past three decades. Ford v. Ferrari narrowed out Fast and Furious in the final. Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and Gone in 60 Seconds were among the final four in the contest.
