New CPO Program
With NIADA’s new CPO program, dealers will have the choice to select from five program administrators and will also have choices for certification terms. Every CPO vehicle will require a digital inspection which will enhance your inspections and add transparency and credibility to the inspection process. We’ve also added a Verified Inspection Program (VIP) for older model vehicles with higher miles.
Service
For dealers without a service department, we have partnered with Advance Auto to leverage more than 15,000 TechNet shops nationwide to assist in the inspection process and provide warranty repairs as needed. Once the vehicle has been inspected, the consumer facing report can be included with your online listing allowing shoppers to see everything that’s been checked and/or reconditioned on the vehicle.
Online CPO Marketplace
Another exciting feature of the Certified 360 program is on online market place giving dealers the option to list all their CPO and VIP inventory. The website will include options for vehicle transportation and titling/registration though our partnership with Acertus. All of these features provide you with upsell opportunities to further increase your margins.
NIADA’s Certified 360 will give the independent dealer a chance to leave the sideline and get in the game.
